Trained as a scientist, Alda
has a unique blend of analytic and people skills.
She has served as Director of an independent college preparatory school, a
chemistry and physics teacher, and has years of experience in sales,
management and client services. Moving to the Emerald Coast in 2000,
Alda fulfilled a dream to live and work in paradise. A graduate
of The Realtor Institute, Alda holds a Broker's license and takes great
pleasure guiding others through the process of successful real estate
investing. Alda ranked as one of the top five sales agent at
Coastal Properties of Northwest Florida for both 2004 and 2005
